Uslovi korišćenja — VendPay

Korišćenjem aplikacije VendPay prihvatate ove uslove korišćenja u celosti.
1. Opis servisa
VendPay je mobilna aplikacija koja omogućava korisnicima da:
- održavaju digitalni novčanik vezan za konkretnog operatera vending aparata,
- kupuju proizvode na podržanim vending aparatima skeniranjem QR koda i potvrdom u aplikaciji,
- pregledaju istoriju kupovine i potvrde transakcija.
Servisom upravlja preduzeće koje pruža VendPay (u daljem tekstu "Operater"; kontakt: support@vendpay.it).
2. Otvaranje naloga
Za korišćenje servisa potreban je nalog, koji možete otvoriti:
- email adresom i lozinkom,
- prijavom putem Google ili Apple naloga.
Saglasni ste da podaci koje unesete budu tačni i ažurni. Odgovorni ste za čuvanje pristupnih podataka i sve aktivnosti pod vašim nalogom.
Operater zadržava pravo da suspenduje ili zatvori nalog u slučaju zloupotrebe, sumnje na prevaru ili kršenja ovih uslova.
3. Punjenje novčanika
Sredstva mogu biti dodata na novčanik:
- direktnim transferom od strane operatera vending aparata (na osnovu vašeg javnog ID-a),
- kasnijim metodama plaćanja koje uvedemo i koje budu izričito označene kao dostupne u aplikaciji.
Stanje novčanika nije zamenljivo za gotovinu i ne donosi kamatu.
4. Kupovina na aparatu
- Korisnik skenira QR kod aparata, bira proizvod i potvrđuje kupovinu u aplikaciji.
- Iznos se odbija od stanja novčanika u trenutku potvrde vendinga od strane aparata.
- Ako aparat ne isporuči proizvod, rezervisana sredstva se vraćaju na novčanik najkasnije narednog dana. Ako sredstva nisu vraćena, kontaktirajte support@vendpay.it.
- Operater nije proizvođač niti distributer proizvoda u aparatu; reklamacije na sam proizvod usmeravajte na operatera aparata.
5. Refundacije
- Stanje sa novčanika može biti refundirano na izvor plaćanja samo ako je tako izričito predviđeno politikom konkretnog operatera vending aparata.
- Transakcije od strane aparata koje se završe neuspešnim vendingom se automatski poništavaju.
6. Zabrane
Nije dozvoljeno:
- Korišćenje aplikacije za nezakonite ili štetne aktivnosti,
- Pokušaj reverznog inženjeringa, dekompajliranja ili neovlašćenog pristupa servisu,
- Korišćenje tuđeg naloga ili imitiranje drugog korisnika,
- Bilo kakav pokušaj da se stanje novčanika izmeni mimo zvaničnog API-ja.
Sve zloupotrebe biće prijavljene nadležnim organima.
7. Odgovornost
- Aplikacija se nudi "takva kakva jeste" — trudimo se da bude dostupna, ali ne garantujemo neprekidan rad.
- Operater nije odgovoran za štetu nastalu privremenim nedostupnostima, problemima sa mrežom korisnika ili spoljnim servisima (banke, fiskalni provajder, push provajder).
- U najvećoj meri dozvoljenoj zakonom, ukupna odgovornost operatera ograničena je na trenutni saldo novčanika korisnika u trenutku spora.
8. Intelektualna svojina
Sve oznake, logotipi, dizajn i softver su vlasništvo operatera ili njegovih licencodavaca. Nije dozvoljeno korišćenje bez pismene saglasnosti.
9. Izmene uslova
Ove uslove možemo periodično ažurirati. O materijalnim izmenama bićete obavešteni u aplikaciji najmanje 14 dana pre stupanja na snagu. Nastavak korišćenja nakon tog perioda smatra se prihvatanjem novih uslova.
10. Merodavno pravo
Ovi uslovi su regulisani zakonima Republike Srbije. Za sve sporove nadležan je sud u sedištu operatera, osim ako imperativni propisi ne predviđaju drugačije.

By using the VendPay app, you accept these Terms of Service in full.
1. The service
VendPay is a mobile app that lets users:
- maintain a digital wallet tied to a specific vending-machine operator,
- buy products at supported vending machines by scanning a QR code and confirming in the app,
- review purchase history and transaction confirmations.
The service is operated by the company providing VendPay (the "Operator"; contact: support@vendpay.it).
2. Account
To use the service you need an account, which you can create with:
- email address and password,
- Google or Apple sign-in.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
3. Top-up
Funds may be added to your wallet via:
- direct transfer by the operator of the vending machine (based on your public ID),
- later payment methods we may introduce that are explicitly marked as available in the app.
Wallet balance is not redeemable for cash and does not earn interest.
4. Purchasing at a machine
- You scan the machine's QR code, select a product, and confirm the purchase in the app.
- The amount is deducted from your wallet balance when the machine confirms the vend.
- If the machine fails to dispense, reserved funds are returned to the wallet no later than the following day. If they are not, contact support@vendpay.it.
- The Operator is not the manufacturer or distributor of the vended product; product-quality complaints should be addressed to the machine operator.
5. Refunds
- Wallet balance can only be refunded to the original payment source where this is explicitly provided by the policy of the specific machine operator.
- Machine transactions that end in failed vending are reversed automatically.
6. Prohibitions
You may not:
- Use the app for unlawful or harmful activities,
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorised access to the service,
- Use another person's account or impersonate another user,
- Attempt to change wallet balance outside of the official API.
Abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Liability
- The app is provided "as is" — we strive to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- The Operator is not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability, problems with the user's network, or third-party services (banks, fiscal provider, push provider).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability is limited to the current wallet balance of the user at the time of dispute.
8. Intellectual property
All marks, logos, designs, and software are the property of the Operator or its licensors. Use without written permission is not allowed.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction at the Operator's registered seat, unless mandatory rules of law provide otherwise.
